WEEKÂ 1 - ISRAEL
The Story of IsraelÂ
Covenant Foundations from Abraham to Today
Discover how the entire biblical narrative is anchored in God’s covenant with Abraham. This session walks you through the promises, the land, the people, and the nature of God’s covenant plan. You’ll see why Israel’s story is essential for understanding Scripture and the times we live in.
What We Will Look At:
-
The origins of Israel in God’s calling of Abraham — and why this moment anchors the entire biblical narrative.
-
The covenant promises of land, people, and blessing, and how Scripture builds upon this foundation from Genesis onward.
-
Israel’s unique calling among the nations, including its mission, identity, and role in God’s redemptive plan.
-
The continuity of the covenants — why God’s promises to Israel are everlasting, irrevocable, and still active today.
-
How Israel’s story connects the whole Bible, giving structure, coherence, and direction to both Old and New Testaments.
-
Why understanding Israel is essential for understanding the times, especially as we look at prophecy, restoration, and world events.
Lesson 1 opens the door to a deeper understanding of Scripture. As you grasp the covenant foundations of Israel’s story, the Bible becomes clearer and prophecy takes on new meaning. This session prepares you to explore Israel’s exile, return, and restoration, giving you a strong foundation for the entire 8-week school.
WEEKÂ 2 - ISRAEL
🌿 Week 2 — Exile, Return & Aliyah
How God Fulfills His Promises in History and Today
In this second session, we trace Israel’s journey through exile and return — one of the most powerful themes in Scripture. From Assyria and Babylon to the modern miracle of Aliyah, we explore how God disciplines, preserves, and restores His people according to His covenant. This week will help you understand why the rebirth of modern Israel is not a political accident but a prophetic fulfillment unfolding before our eyes.
What We Will Look At:
- Why God allowed Israel’s exiles and how Moses and the prophets foretold both the scattering and the gathering long before they happened.
- How Scripture recounts Israel’s exile and return — moments that reveal God’s covenant faithfulness through judgment, mercy, and restoration.
- The prophetic foundations of Aliyah, including key passages in Isaiah, Jeremiah, Ezekiel, and Amos that predict the global ingathering.
- How the modern return of the Jewish people fulfills ancient prophecy — including the unprecedented return “from the four corners of the earth.”
- The preservation of Jewish identity through dispersion, revealing God’s supernatural protection over His people despite persecution, exile, and attempted destruction.
- How understanding exile and return equips us to interpret modern events through Scripture rather than politics or media narratives.
Week 2 connects Israel’s ancient journey with today’s restoration, giving you a clear, biblical understanding of what’s happening now.

WEEKÂ 3 - ISRAEL
Week 3 — The Spiritual Battle Over Israel
Seeing Beyond Politics Into the Unseen Realm
Week 3 uncovers the unseen conflict that shapes the visible conflict over Israel. Scripture shows that behind the political pressures, media narratives, and global hostility lies a spiritual war connected to God’s purposes for Israel and the Messiah. This lesson helps you discern that deeper reality and understand why Israel faces such persistent opposition from the nations.
What We Will Look At:
- The origins of spiritual conflict, beginning with Satan’s rebellion and his determination to oppose God’s redemptive plan.
- Why Israel is a central target, including Israel’s role in bringing forth the Messiah and in welcoming Him at His return.
- Revelation 12 as a framework for understanding the dragon, the woman, the male Child, and the end-time conflict over Israel.
- Michael the archangel’s unique role, showing how Scripture assigns him to defend Israel during key prophetic moments.
- How deception shapes global attitudes toward Israel, including misinformation, propaganda, and spiritual blindness among the nations.
- The connection between modern hostility toward Israel and biblical prophecy, helping you understand today’s events through a spiritual lens, not a political one.
Week 3 shows the spiritual conflict behind today’s events. With Scripture as your lens, you’ll see through confusion and understand why Israel draws such intense global focus.
WEEKÂ 4 - ISRAEL
🌍 Week 4 — Israel in the Last Days
Understanding Prophecy, the Nations, and God’s Timeline
Week 4 brings you into the prophetic Scriptures that describe Israel’s role in the final days. We will look at Zechariah, Ezekiel, Jesus’ teachings, and Paul’s writings to see how the Bible frames the future of Israel, the nations, and Jerusalem. This session will help you discern today’s events with clarity and confidence.
What We Will Look At:
-
How the prophets describe Israel’s final chapter, including the return, restoration, and future salvation of the Jewish people.
-
Why Jerusalem becomes the center of world tension, fulfilling Zechariah’s prophecy of a “burdensome stone” for the nations.
-
Ezekiel 36–37, explaining Israel’s physical return and the promised future spiritual awakening.
-
Ezekiel 38–39 (Gog-Magog) and how Scripture describes a future conflict that displays God’s power and sovereignty over nations.
-
Jesus’ own words about Israel, including the conditions surrounding His return and Israel’s role in welcoming Him back.
-
How understanding Israel’s prophetic future helps believers interpret world events biblically, without fear or confusion.
Week 4 brings prophecy into focus and helps you view today’s events through Scripture. As Israel returns to the center of world attention, this session gives you the clarity and confidence needed to understand the days we’re living in.
